a fashion creative director, brand consultant, and educator with over two decades of experience in the luxury fashion industry. Through my work with iconic brands and emerging designers, I help shape the future of fashion by fostering sustainable, innovative brands and cultivating talent.
Biography:
With over two decades of experience, I have worked with globally recognized brands like Versace, where I contributed to collections such as Versus menswear, Versace Sport, and Versace Jeans. I later founded my own label, MCG Massimo Casagrande, which showcased collections at Paris and London Fashion Weeks as part of Fashion East Menswear: Installations.
Currently, I serve as Director of Education at Istituto Marangoni Paris, where I guide emerging designers through hands-on industry projects and academic programs. My background includes collaborations with leading names like Burberry, Erdem, and the English National Ballet, and participation in prestigious events such as the London Design Festival.
As the host of the Textural Anthologies podcast, I explore the intersection of creativity, culture, and innovation through insightful conversations with fashion, design, and art leaders, further contributing to my mission of fostering creativity and sustainable practices in the industry.
My experience in creative direction and brand consulting, combined with a focus on sustainability, allows me to help brands and designers build meaningful connections and grow in a rapidly changing industry.
Key Achievements: From consulting with global fashion houses to providing mentorship to emerging fashion designers and mentoring Project Runway winners and LVMH Prize finalists, I have successfully guided numerous creative talents as a Fashion Creative Director, shaping their brands and helping them achieve international recognition.
